The commodity sector has inherent environmental risks. We ensure that we mitigate the relevant risks where possible so that our environmental impact and footprint is kept to a minimal level.

 

We recognise that our business activities are necessary to obtain materials that are key to a transition to green energy and we couldn’t be happier to be a contributor to this shift.

 

 The communities in which we operate are of paramount importance to us and we engage with them at all levels to promote and encourage participation in our projects.

We do not tolerate any form of bribery or corruption, sexual exploitation and abuse, modern slavery and human trafficking.

 

We ensure that employees and clients are aware of, and understand the ‘whistle-blowing’ procedures for the reporting of observed acts of corruption / bribery / fraud / extortion / human rights abuse / modern slavery / human trafficking.  

 

We require employees to avoid any involvement in activities which may lead to a conflict of interest with the Company.

 

Extensive due diligence is undertaken by our management in relation to trading with counter-parties where a breach of our business ethics may arise.

 

All employees within the company actively support, implement, develop and follow our policies to ensure that our culture and attitude to integrity is strongly upheld.
